If purchasing the optional printed syllabus (see below), please note it will not ship until August 2025. We will ship to the address you provide at the time of registration. If your address changes before August 2025, you must inform us of the new address to ensure the syllabus gets to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We ask for your ABIM ID# to facilitate the CME credits earned for taking the course. If you don’t know your ABIM ID#, CLICK HERE to log in to the Physician Portal(this will open the ABIM website in a new tab so you don’t interrupt your registration).
Please provide an active email address. All communication regarding your account and access to the Steinberg Course materials will be via email to the address you provide.

OPTIONAL ADD ON MATERIALS
The printed syllabus is NOT included with registration. Your registration includes only the downloadable syllabus. If you wish to receive a printed syllabus, it must be added to your registration.
The purchase of any optional add-ons (adding the 2024 video, 2024 audio, or the printed syllabus) requires registering for the course. If the add-on doesn’t include course registration, the order will be canceled and refunded. A processing fee applies to all refunds.

Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points – Physicians Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up approximately 25.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
